This policy explains which cookies we use on the HeyOtto website and how you can manage your choice. We only place non-essential cookies after you give your consent.

1. Essential cookies

Necessary to make the site and app work. No consent is required for these.

2. Analytics cookies (optional)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in anonymised form, how the website is used. These are only placed after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics is loaded and no data is shared with Google.

IP addresses are anonymised. We only use analytics on the marketing website — never within the application, where your mailbox data falls under a data processing agreement.

3. Managing your choice

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by deleting the cookie_consent cookie in your browser and reloading the page — the banner will then reappear. You can also manage cookies via your browser settings.
