Everyone you email or meet lands in your brain automatically. HeyOtto keeps track of what they expect, when you last spoke and what they're good at.
The people map
People works like the mind map. The first branch is the group: a company, or your own group such as Friends or Family. Split groups as far as you like with a slash, for example Friends/Tennis.
Click a company and you get the same card as in the mind map, with the People tab. In Settings you choose whether a company's people sit under the bubble by role or all together.
Per person
- What they expect from you and what you're waiting on
- Last contact and a contact rhythm: whoever is overdue shows up on Today
- Birthdays with a reminder
- A timeline across mail, meetings, tasks and notes
- Knowledge: what they're good at, what you can ask them for
Duplicates and privacy
HeyOtto suggests possible duplicates in People; merging carries over addresses, companies and promises. HeyOtto never records health, HR, salary or private matters, or judgements of character.
