Knowledge base
A vault per brain, like in Obsidian: HeyOtto keeps a page per project, and you write your own notes alongside.
Project pages
For every bubble HeyOtto keeps a page: whether it's running or finished, the context from the mail and the steps, documents, people and the latest mail. HeyOtto never overwrites your own notes on that page.
