Set how HeyOtto replies on your behalf — these rules apply to every draft.
Reply instructions
Under Settings → Reply preferences describe in plain language how HeyOtto should write. For example:
"No 'thanks for your message' or 'I hope everything is going well' — always reply clearly and to the point."
HeyOtto applies this to every draft he prepares.
Signature & tone
Set your default signature in (appears at the bottom of your drafts) and your default tone (neutral, formal, short or friendly).
Features on/off
Turn each feature on or off to control what HeyOtto does for you. HeyOtto also learns your style from your sent mail.
