Inbox & triage
HeyOtto automatically sorts your incoming mail and prepares — where needed — a draft.
How it works
Every incoming email goes through the same chain: sort → (if needed) prepare a draft → stop. HeyOtto never sends on its own — you always have the last word.
The three columns
- Categories (left) — filter your inbox by category; the number shows how many emails it contains.
- Message list (middle) — your mail, with a label per category and the time received.
- Reading pane (right) — the message, HeyOtto's draft reply, internal notes and the folder suggestion.
Outlook style
Prefer a classic folder view? Click at the top of your Inbox on Outlook style for a familiar layout — it's the same mailbox, different view.
