Your brain is yours: take it with you, bring data in and restore things deleted by accident.
Export
Under More → Import & export you export each brain as JSON, OPML, CSV of people, or as a Markdown vault for Obsidian.
Import
Import mind maps as OPML; people from vCard or a LinkedIn export. Existing people are completed, not duplicated.
Trash
Deleted bubbles, tasks and notes stay in the trash for 30 days (More → Trash), with everything that hung under them. Right after deleting you can also undo.
