Does HeyOtto send emails automatically?

No — never. HeyOtto only creates draft replies. You do the sending, with one click, after reviewing the draft. This is built into the code structurally: the mail pipeline has no send function.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. The AI provider used does not train on your email content. Your data stays in your own, protected environment.

Where is my data stored?

Every organisation has a fully isolated environment (its own database/rows). Companies never share data with each other.

Which mail providers are supported?

Microsoft 365 (Graph) and Gmail via OAuth. You can also use your own app use so that consent stays within your own tenant.

Can I set my writing style?

Yes. HeyOtto learns your style from your sent mail and you can choose the tone per draft (neutral, formal, short, friendly).

How do I delete or export my data (GDPR)?

Contact the admin; data export and deletion per organisation are supported. You sign a data processing agreement (DPA) at the start.

What does HeyOtto cost?

You start with a free trial period. Then you choose a plan based on the number of users. View the pricing on the website.
