Manage your plan, seats and invoices — and see your AI usage.

Plans

HeyOtto has four plans: Connect (your own AI key), Personal, Business (with the Teams environment) and Enterprise. You start with a 14-day free trial; then you choose a plan. Cancellable monthly, or −10% with annual billing.

Manage

  1. Open Billing (under Admin).
  2. Choose or change your plan, or manage your subscription via the customer portal.
  3. View and download your invoices, and track your AI credit (percentage of your monthly budget).
On the Connect plan, you use your own AI key and pay for your AI usage directly with the provider.

Your AI credit

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit that scales with your number of users. Your billing page shows what percentage you've used this month. From 80%, HeyOtto warns you so you're never caught off guard.

If you do run through your credit, HeyOtto doesn't stop: it keeps sorting with basic classification instead of AI, and on the 1st of the month your credit starts over. So you never lose mail and there is never an unexpected extra invoice.

Need more credit?

First check whether you can solve it for free: set File noise away instantly on in Settings — newsletters and automatic notifications then no longer cost AI, and that's often a sizable share of usage. More users or a higher plan also increase your credit.

If that doesn't help, request extra credit via the button on your billing page. It comes in as a support ticket so you can follow its progress; after confirmation your credit is increased automatically.
