With your company
Your work brain is linked to your organisation's company brain. What's new in your work projects appears as a suggestion on Today: ✓ sends it to the company brain, ✕ keeps it private. A bubble you mark as shared shares whatever is added later automatically — except what the sensitivity check holds back.
Per colleague you set the permissions: none, read, contribute or manage, for your whole work brain or per bubble.
Overview for management
An admin can turn on an overview per employee: projects, open and late tasks and what's being waited on, only from shared items. It's off by default and requires a mention in the work rules and the privacy policy. The employee can see that it's on.
With your family and friends
Create a circle under Family & life (account menu → All sections) and share a brain or bubble with it: groceries per shop, household chores shared fairly, goals and shared calendars (free/busy only).
