Registry data
HeyOtto looks up the enterprise number on the company's website, or otherwise by name (then you pick the right company). The card then shows the data from the Belgian company register, the annual accounts (turnover, profit, equity) and the directors, via Busibee. Everyone shares the same card per enterprise number.
Empty fields such as address, website and phone are filled in; what you entered yourself stays.
News alerts
Every morning HeyOtto looks for recent news about your companies and the people at a company, plus new publications in the Belgian Official Gazette. Each alert is a suggestion first: ✓ puts it on the card, ✕ removes it for good.
Per company or person, search right away with Search now, or turn the alerts off.
Interests
Newsletters and mailings are under More → Interests, per sender. Keep a sender as an interest, unsubscribe in one click or ignore it. For senders you never open, HeyOtto suggests unsubscribing.
